Getting back at it!

I didn’t make good decisions this weekend. We ate out WAY too much, at fast food restaurants, and picked the unhealthiest foods they offered. I’m not going to beat myself up about it or give up on everything that I’ve done so far. I’m determined to get back on track today and make good decisions. The past is done and I can’t change it, I need to focus on the future. My workout plan today is Zumba tonight at fit club, plus my 50 crunches and squats that I’m doing every day in August. So far I’ve only missed 3 days this month, and I plan on finishing out the month without missing any more days. I’m working on a challenge for September and as soon as I decide what it’s going to be I’ll post it. Hope you all have a fantastic Monday! Keep at it, don’t give up!
