The 54321 Workout

I just finished this workout:

-5 Minutes of any cardio you want -or-

1 min high knees

1 min jumping jacks

1 min front kicks

1 min jumping jacks

1 min run in place

-4 Minutes-

1 min lunges/walking lunges

1 min mountain climbers

Repeat 1X (4 min total)

-3 Minutes-

10 push-ups rest

15 tricep dips rest

Repeat for 3 Minutes

-2 Minutes-

30 sec regular squats

30 sec jump squats

30 sec regular squats

30 sec jump squats

-1 Minute-

Plank

I did it one time through, but if you’re feeling frisky you could repeat 1 or 2 times.
